Can I change or cancel services after booking?

Yes. Any changes or cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled service date. This allows us to properly adjust planning, staffing, and resources.

Do I need to be present during consultations or site visits?

Your presence is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended that a designated decision-maker or point of contact is available to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment during the process.

How are your consulting fees structured?

Fees are typically quoted based on the scope of work and duration of engagement. Most services are structured around short-term engagements, with extended or ongoing consulting available upon request.

When will services be delivered?

Services are provided during regular business hours unless otherwise arranged. For time-specific scheduling, priority sessions, or after-hours availability, additional fees may apply.

Do you assist with implementation or setup?

Yes, implementation support is available if arranged in advance. This may include coordination, oversight, or on-site guidance depending on the project scope.

What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all consulting engagements.

For long-term or large projects, additional milestone payments may apply.

Final payment is required prior to service delivery.

Credit card payments over $1,000 may be subject to a processing fee.

Do unused services or hours qualify for refunds?

Unused services are not eligible for refunds or credits once an engagement has commenced.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible. Availability is limited, especially during peak seasons. A credit card is required to secure all bookings.

How and when do I pay?

Payment is typically due 14 days to the service delivery date.

We accept Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, and Email Transfer.

Projects booked within 7-10 days may require immediate payment.

As soon as a project becomes likely. Early involvement allows for better planning, cost control, and risk reduction. For major initiatives, several months of lead time is strongly recommended.

Yes. Based on project needs, we can recommend trusted venues, vendors, and service providers we have experience working with.

What times of year are busiest?

Peak periods typically include late spring through early fall and December. Booking early during these times is strongly advised.
